Immigration Medical Exams

The appointment for the medical examination and blood work usually takes around 2 hours but there are strict Covid protocols in place so please be patient with any wait. We want to ensure your safety and that of our staff. The cost for the Immigration Medical Exam is as follows: Immigration medical examination: $280 per person Rapid Covid Test $15 We will book you for an X-Ray which takes place in Cranbrook, but not at our site: X-ray: $80 - required for age 11 years and older Fee for Lab Drawn in the clinic: $50 (does not include the cost of the lab tests themselves which is set by Interior Health) *prices are subject to change without prior notice. *none of these costs are covered by MSP (Medical Services Plan of BC). X-ray and lab tests may vary based on age, medical history, etc. Labs include HIV, syphilis, serum creatinine and urinalysis. Additional lab tests that may be ordered based on your history and physical exam will be charged extra at the lab. We use e-Medical to submit the Immigration Medical Exam report to IRCC and do not use any paper files. You do not need to bring any photographs to your appointment and we will take a picture at our office. You must bring the following: - Original valid Passport - BC Driver's Licence/BC ID/Provincial or State ID - IMM1017 form (if you have been issued one). It is NOT REQUIRED for an Upfront Medical - Prescription glasses/contact lenses - All your medications - Medical history We are located at: 2017 8th St N Cranbrook BC V1C 3N5 *If you are coming from out of town or booking for multiple people (eg. family) please contact our office by replying to your booking confirmation email so that we can make arrangements for you accordingly. *blood/urine/ X-ray are done in Cranbrook, with no additional travel required to other areas
